Hi, I’m Cassie, a mum of two and a passionate advocate for gentle, responsive and holistic sleep support. I became a gentle sleep consultant to offer families an alternative to traditional sleep training; one that respects intuition, attachment, and the biology of sleep.
I’ve walked the path many parents are on: trying to follow all the wake windows, sifting through conflicting advice online, and wondering why it just didn’t feel right. I've had hourly wakes, co-sleeping, and two very different babies who have been on the lower end of sleep needs.
That experience sparked something in me. I realised how overwhelming and disconnected sleep support can feel when it’s not rooted in real science or compassion. So I became a Certified OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach so I could support families in a way that truly honours both baby and parent.
At Nurtured Sleep Coaching, I take a whole-child, heart-led approach to sleep. I don’t believe babies need to be "taught" how to sleep, and I’ll never suggest leaving your child to cry it out. Instead, I offer evidence-based guidance that respects your child’s temperament, emotional wellbeing, and your parenting values.
We’ll look at the full picture together: your child’s temperament, their unique sleep needs, environment, and family dynamic. My goal is to help you create gentle, sustainable sleep rhythms that feel right for you because every baby is different, and so is every parent.
